We are proud to be able to welcome you to Esjeholmen in Rødøy municipality on the coast of Helgeland, either if it is for your holiday or just for an overnight stay. With the Svartisen nature reserve, fjords and islands as the nearest neighbours we are in the middle of an eldorado which can guarantee great experiences for all.
We are Marianne and John Hammerheivik and we are your hosts for your stay. To day the farm is no longer run with the exception of a herd of sheep which stirs things up a bit. There has been a farm on Esjeholmen for several generations.
The cottage which was built in the mid 70's is of a normal standard and situated near the sea. It has a unique view overseeing the fjord and mountains, with ample opportunities for hiking in moderate to easy terrain and fishing trips. In the summer you can enjoy the midningt sun far out in the small hours.
